كما يتيح التطبيق متابعة مراحل العمرة والتأكد من أداء المناسك بالشكل الشرعي الصحيح من خلال التوثيق المرتبط بها بالصور والفيديوهات والموقع المباشر لمقدم العمرة أثناء التنفيذ الفعلي.

The "Moneeb" application is an innovative electronic platform that allows users to request the performance of Umrah on behalf of patients, the disabled, the deceased, or martyrs. This service is facilitated through certified and trusted Umrah providers whose identities and credentials are strictly verified by our administrative team.

Furthermore, the app enables requesters to track all stages of Umrah and verify the proper performance of the sacred rituals through real-time documentation, which includes photos, videos, and live tracking of the Umrah provider during execution.

We retain the documentation media (photos and videos) so that users can review or download them as proof of Umrah performance at any future time. We enforce rigid technical and organizational safety measures to protect your digital records from accidental loss or tampering.

يتيح تطبيق "منيب" خيار تصفح التطبيق كضيف (Guest Account) دون الحاجة لإنشاء حساب لتصفح واجهات التعريف والخدمات.

مع العلم أنه لن يتمكن الضيف من طلب أي عمرة أو تقديم خدمات العمرة أو أداء عمليات تتطلب اتصالاً وحفظاً للبيانات على الخوادم المركزية لحين إنشاء حساب رسمي متكامل.

Moneeb App provides a convenient option to browse as a guest without prior registration to review static pages and general guidelines.

Please note that guests cannot request Umrah, register as providers, or perform any transactional activities that require data storage or server integration without first creating a verified account.

Moneeb App is fully intended for adults who are legally capable of carrying out financial transactions. It does not target children under the legal age under any circumstances for direct use.

We do not knowingly collect child-related personal details. If we discover that a minor has registered an account, we will take immediate steps to lock and permanently erase the corresponding records.
